Hayley Diana Photography (HDP) is undergoing a rebrand! So don't mind the mess as changes and upgrades are made.
A few years ago I made the decision to put booking photoshoots on an indefinite pause. Through photoshoots I've had the privilege of being a part of irreplaceable parts of peoples' lives. While I love photoshoots and have not said goodbye to them forever, I have pivoted to a new part of HDP that I'm very excited about.
What's New?
EDITING! Editing is one of my favorite parts of photography, if not my favorite. I love the endless creative possibilities. For years, friends and family would ask me to help them edit a photo before they posted or printed it. I get true joy from being able to help someone edit their photo to their desired look and am excited to bring it to HDP!
About Me
I started HDP in the spring of 2014, when I was still in high school. Back then it was just a small blog where I posted photos I took of my friends and family, backyard, and projects from my art class.
Later, in college, I started getting requests from friends to take professional headshots. Soon, members of my Christian fellowship started asking for photoshoots of their small groups, and housemate photos. I started getting hired for events, small business campaigns, and even theater productions. I soon got a job working as a summer associate for my university's communications office, which led to not only some of my first published photos, but published writing as well. By the time I graduated, I was regularly booking shoots every spring and fall semester.
Post-grad I became the Manager of Digital Marketing and Merchandising and in-house photographer for a boutique franchise.
HDP has changed and evolved over the past 10 years but it has always been special to me. I feel fortunate that so many people over that time have trusted me with capturing such important moments in their lives.
